Andrew is the Managing Director of Avoira, a Bury based technology company. In 2011, he received a Highly Commended Certificate for his outstanding contribution to telecommunication from HRH The Duke of Edinburgh as part of the Prince Philip Medal awards. Andrew is the Chair of Governors at 欧博官网入口 College, a past Governor of 24 years for a local primary school and a trustee of a charity for young people. He is also a Trustee and Vice Chair of Quest, a Multi Academy Trust of which the University is a Member. He chairs the Bury Business Leaders Group and is Bury Local President of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
